Our seventh and eighth grade girls team coached by Suzanne Beasley finished with a record of 10-2 and were the Savannah Parochial Athletic League (SPAL) runners up. Our seventh grade boys team finished with a record of 8-4 and were coached by Sam Sharpe. The sixth grade boys, coached by Michael Kleinpeter, won the SPAL championship by beating Country Day in an exciting overtime contest. This marks the third year in a row that this team has won their league. We are extremely proud of all of our teams and appreciate all of of the time and effort that all the players and the coaches put in to make Calvary Middle School basketball a huge success.

A little more about Jackie Hamilton...

Jackie Hamilton holds a B.S. in health and physical education and an M.Ed. in health and physical education from the University of Georgia. Hamilton attends Calvary Baptist Temple and abides by John 14:1-3, “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.” Hamilton enjoys being with his family and friends, sports, the competition that comes with playing the game, and the successes of his students.
